Danny Russo returns...
Welcome back Chef favourite, Danny Russo who, working alongside MONA Chef Philippe Leban and Tasmania's 2011 Apprentice Chef of the Year, Ben Standen, will prepare a modern Italian feast served with Premium Tasmanian Wines.
Tasmania's favourite, Tim Cox will also join us as guest MC accompanying Adrian Kelly as host auctioneer.
